Job Summary
Accurately interpret physician scanning instructions, administer contrast materials, and expertly operate CT scan equipment for a healthcare facility in Satanta, Kansas. Operate Siemens equipment, including 64-slice CT, x-ray rooms, portable x-ray machines, C-arms, and Norland DEXA machines. Work 4 days per week in 10-hour shifts with on-call rotation for Monday, Tuesday, and two weekends. Chart using Cerner. Contact a recruiter for additional details regarding this travel assignment.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years CT Tech experience
- Completion of a Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) accredited program in Radiology
- Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification
- BLS certification
- Current Kansas license
- Experience with Siemens equipment
- Experience with CT 64-slice, x-ray room, portable x-ray machine, C-arm, and Norland DEXA machine
- CT experience
- Certification and license required at time of submission
- Schedule: 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts
- Shift days: Monday - Thursday
- On-call required: Monday, Tuesday, and 2 weekends
