Job Summary
Accurately interpret physician scanning instructions, administer contrast materials, and expertly operate CT scan equipment for an area healthcare facility. Perform venipuncture as required and maintain Level 1 trauma experience while operating Siemens equipment and Bracco contrast injectors. Work rotating Saturday, Sunday, and Monday shifts with the ability to float between campuses, including a stand-alone ER. Required Qualifications
- 2 years CT Tech experience
- Completion of a Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) accredited program in Radiology
- Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification
- BLS certification
- Certified Radiologic Technologist - ARRT (R)
- Level 1 trauma experience
- Travel experience
- Driver's license
- Must understand methods and be capable of performing venipuncture as required
