Job Summary
Accurately interpret physician scanning instructions, administer contrast materials, and expertly operate CT scan equipment for an area healthcare facility. Utilize experience with GE systems, PACS, and MedHost documentation systems to ensure precise imaging and efficient workflow. Schedule includes 2x16 and 1x8 shifts, with Monday through Wednesday blocks running from 7a-11p and 7a-3p. Weekend coverage may be required when covering for staff vacation. This travel assignment offers full-time pay, benefits, and relocation assistance through Jackson HealthPros, providing the flexibility to explore cities coast to coast while impacting patients nationwide.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years CT Tech experience
- Completion of a Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) accredited program in Radiology
- Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification
- BLS certification
- State license
- Experience with GE and PACS
- Experience with HMS/PACS and MedHost documentation systems
- Weekend coverage may be required when covering for weekend staff vacation
