Job Summary
Provide strategic counsel and executive support to the SVP of Compute Engineering, managing high-level communications, presentations, and executive materials. Partner with engineering, product management, and leadership teams to align planning, budgeting, and operational activities while establishing governance frameworks for leadership meetings and decision follow-up. Lead initiatives around organizational redesign, process improvements, and strategic planning, developing KPIs and metrics to inform decision-making and continuous improvement. Manage dependencies, risks, and escalations to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes within a hybrid schedule of 2 days per week at an HPE office.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or related fields
- Proven track record supporting senior leadership and managing strategic initiatives
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong analytical, project management, and organizational skills
- Ability to influence across teams and manage multiple high-stakes projects
- Experience in organizational transformation, governance, or process optimization
- MBA or equivalent preferred
