Job Summary
Develop and apply computational models and algorithms for biological data analysis, focusing on large-scale genomic, transcriptomics, proteomic, or multi-omics datasets. Analyse these complex datasets to drive scientific insight and innovation by collaborating with wet-lab scientists to translate experimental data into actionable insights. Design, optimise, and maintain reproducible analysis pipelines while documenting methodologies and presenting findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders. This role requires a strong background in computational biology or quantitative life sciences with proficiency in Python, R, or similar languages.
