Comptable mandant immobilier tertiaire H/F

Control and validate invoices, reconcile bank statements, and manage supplier schedules. Handle honorarium billing and revisions, process lease payments and utility meter readings, and prepare financial closings for both syndicate and management accounts. Manage tenant and supplier communications, including duplicate issuance and follow-ups, while setting up electronic invoicing and SEPA direct debits. Collaborate with confirmed third-party managers to oversee budget revisions, charge tracking, and AG file management.
