Manage daily treasury operations including exporting daily bank statements, integrating them into SAP, and processing weekly cash flow forecasts for shareholder distribution. Execute vendor payments, reconcile bank statements, and attend weekly payment meetings with leadership. Handle accounting tasks such as entering invoices and adjustments into SAP, managing advances, and analyzing overdue invoices for price or receipt regularizations. Oversee fixed asset management by tagging assets, creating projects in SAP, capitalizing projects post-service, and processing disposals. Perform monthly and annual closings by updating provisions in Excel and SAP, calculating depreciation, reconciling P&L and balance sheet accounts, and coordinating with auditors.
