Job Summary
Manage the full accounting operations for the company and its holding under the Director Financial. Control supplier invoices and expense notes, enter all client, supplier, and general expense entries with analytics into the computer system, and handle client invoicing, follow-ups, and cash collections. Monitor cash flow, manage payment deadlines, and settle supplier disputes. Perform bank reconciliations, file tax declarations for D.E.B. and VAT, and prepare annual account closures with expert accountant review. Contribute to budget preparation and assist in management accounting control tasks. Full-time contract for 218 days, Monday to Friday, with salary to be negotiated between 30/40K€ gross. Requires Bac+3 accounting degree, 5+ years of experience in industry, proficiency in SAGE and Excel, and operational English skills.
Required Qualifications
- Formation supérieure en comptabilité minimum Bac+ 3 type BUT GEA, DCG, DSCG
- Solide expérience dans la fonction comptable (5 ans minimum)
- Expérience acquise dans une PME idéalement en industrie
- Excellente maîtrise des outils informatiques (Excel sur des fonctions avancées et SAGE)
- Connaissance du fonctionnement d'un ERP (idéalement LOUXOR)
- Connaissance des opérations comptables liées à l'import/export
- Opérationnel en anglais (lu et écrit à minima)
- Sens du terrain
