Job Summary
Service, troubleshoot, and repair air compressors, pumps, gearboxes, and rotating equipment at DIRECTAIR sites across the region. Monitor sites remotely, respond to urgent calls, and diagnose issues to improve reliability and efficiency. Identify repairs, upgrades, and preventive maintenance needs while completing accurate service reports and communicating site requirements. Keep vehicles stocked with tools and order parts as needed to minimize downtime. Follow safety protocols and stay current through ongoing training. Respond to emergency service calls with speed and precision, representing OTC professionally to build strong customer relationships.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
- Physical ability to sit, stand, and bend for extended periods
- Coachable and eager to learn
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in rotary screw, oil-free and/or oil-flooded air compressor service
- Strong communication skills
- Self-starter with a positive attitude and organized work habits
