Job Summary
Maintenance, troubleshooting, and commissioning of Certarus’ CNG compression assets, including mechanical, instrumentation, and PLC systems; perform preventive and corrective maintenance, start-up, and end-service inspections; maintain spare parts inventory and CMMS reports; participate in maintenance program development; strong emphasis on safety, workmanship, and collaboration with a diverse team; daily regional travel with potential travel outside assigned region; day/night shifts with night premium; 14 days on/7 days off; requires 3-5 years of field service gas compressor experience; knowledge of Waukesha VGF and Ariel systems advantageous; proficient in basic computer tools (MS 365) and capable of effective technical communication; English language requirement; capable of sustaining high equipment housekeeping and reporting of trends, changes in parts dimensions, and performance issues.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years field service gas compressor experience
- Natural Gas Compression experience; OEM knowledge beneficial (Waukesha VGF, Ariel)
- Good organizational and technical communication skills; ability to influence and work with diverse personalities
- Ability to travel extensively within the Southern/Central US regions (60-80%)
- English proficiency
- Safety-conscious, proactive work attitude
