Job Summary
Conduct psychosocial assessments, diagnostic services, individual and group therapy, and case management for pregnant women in a Spanish-speaking, low-income setting. Provide crisis response to walk-in patients and coordinate care with medical providers to ensure compliance with prenatal regimes. Serve as a liaison between health, education, welfare, and community agencies to establish integrated programs while developing educational materials. Maintain accurate records of patient interventions and follow-ups, and participate in staff development to maintain licensure. Attend on and off-site collaborations as the CPSP representative for Clinica Romero. Requires LCSW or MFT licensure with BBS, ACSW or AMFT registration, and bilingual English/Spanish skills.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed clinician (LCSW or MFT) with the BBS
- Registered Associate (ACSW or AMFT) with the BBS
- Bilingual English Spanish required - Speaking and writing skills
Desired Qualifications
- At least 1 year of CPSP experience (preferred) or 2 years as a clinician
- Excellent leadership, collaborative, team building skills
- Microsoft Office general knowledge
- Able to work and communicate effectively with people of diverse culture, education and economic background
