Job Summary
BC/BE Comprehensive Ophthalmologist sought to join the UPMC Vision Institute. Responsibilities include managing a diverse range of eye care cases (cataracts, glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, and more), teaching and mentoring residents across hospitals, clinics, and operating rooms, and participating in community outreach initiatives such as Guerrilla Eye Service, Mission of Mercy, and eyeVan. Collaboration within a supportive, state-of-the-art environment, with opportunities across multiple UPMC sites and a competitive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Board certification or eligibility in Ophthalmology
- Current Pennsylvania medical licensure or ability to obtain licensure
