Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive ophthalmology care in a private practice serving 95,000 residents, including cataract surgery and LASIK procedures. Manage an annual patient volume of 11,000 visits with support from 15 staff members and utilize AdvancedMD and MDIntellesys/Nextech EHR systems. Pursue a partnership track with the goal of eventual practice ownership retirement within four years. Target compensation ranges from $400k to $450k with a 35% bonus for exceeding net collections targets. The practice offers 4 weeks of PTO in the first year, escalating to 5 weeks, plus a $10k to $15k signing or relocation bonus.
