Compounding Room Cleaner

Clean and sanitize all kettles, transfer pumps, mixers, valves, blades, and piping according to Swiss American CDMO Standard Operating Procedures. Re-assemble and re-connect equipment components after cleaning. Perform routine cleaning of the Compound Room, including floors, walls, catwalks, steam, chiller piping, electrical panels, and equipment frameworks. Provide DI Water at 80C in mobile kettles to the Production Department as needed. Execute lock out tag out procedures for isolating air, electrical, or hydraulic energy. Document all activities in the Cleaning Logbook and attach cleaning tags to equipment. Report safety issues, concerns, or hazards immediately to Sanitation or Safety leadership. Communicate any issues present during or after job tasks to Sanitation leadership.
