Job Summary
Compounding Pharmacy Technician I works under a licensed Pharmacist in a clean room, performing prescription compounding and preparation to support safe, accurate, and efficient pharmacy operations. Responsibilities include preparing medications, labeling and packaging, basic dosage calculations, assisting with medication-related incident reporting, maintaining clean surfaces and laminar flow hoods, inspecting equipment, and maintaining pharmacy temperature and cleaning logs. Requires High School Diploma or GED, at least 1 year of pharmacy technician experience, and state license/registration if required. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with strong organizational and customer-service skills.
Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 1 year of pharmacy technician experience
- Must be licensed or registered (if required by the state)
- Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers
- Basic/Intermediate math calculations
- Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint skills
