Job Summary
Compounding Pharmacy Technician I performs sterile compounding in an aseptic clean room, following detailed instructions to prepare sterile preparations, maintain GMP/ISO-compliant documentation, and ensure product quality. The role supports GDP/SOP adherence, cleanroom upkeep, accurate record-keeping for traceability, and compliance with cGMP/ISO standards. The position is full-time on 2nd shift (Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM) at the Sugar Land, TX site, with benefits and opportunities for growth; candidates must complete a drug/background check, be at least 18, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs in a sterile environment. Sponsorship for visas is not available.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Able to successfully complete a drug and background check
- Able and willing to walk, stoop, stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. throughout each shift, with or without reasonable accommodation
- 18+ years of age
- Able and willing to follow garb and gown requirements to maintain sterile, clean room environment (hand washing, hair net, shoe covers, facemask, sterile gown, gloves, etc.)
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; sponsor not available
