Job Summary
Lead Compounding Pharmacist and Lab Manager: oversee non-sterile and sterile compounding operations, lab oversight, staff development, compliance, and provider education. Requires active NC pharmacist license (or eligibility) with experience in 503A compounding; familiarity with USP 795/797/800; clinical background in Hormone Therapy, Wound Care, Pain Management, and Ophthalmology Solutions. Candidate will drive innovation in compounding programs, uphold regulatory standards, and lead a collaborative team in Hickory, NC. Required Qualifications
- Active Pharmacist License in NC (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience in 503A compounding (preferred)
- Non-sterile compounding (capsules, creams, troches, etc.)
- Sterile compounding experience (preferred)
- Familiarity with USP <795>, <797>, <800> and related state/federal regulations
- Clinical background in Hormone Therapy, Wound Care, Pain Management, and Ophthalmology Solutions
