COMPOUNDING MAINTENANCE 3

Direct and organize maintenance and engineering activities in the Compounding Department. Perform preventative maintenance on equipment. Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning equipment. Drive and participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the department. Responsibilities include implementing procedures compliant with GMP, FDA, ATF, OSHA, and other regulatory policies; developing and executing preventive maintenance plans; training compounding personnel on technical equipment operation; conducting root cause analyses and implementing corrective actions; coordinating with R&D on new products/process enhancements; and managing spare parts, installations, and equipment modifications to improve reliability, quality, and efficiency.
