Compounder

Operate manufacturing equipment to compound pharmaceutical creams, ointments, gels, and liquids while completing G.M.P. documents like batch records and sanitizing logs. Wash and sanitize compounding rooms, dispense raw materials, and perform accurate inventory transactions using SAP. Maintain a clean, organized environment adhering to 5S processes and Lean Manufacturing Concepts, and participate in continuous improvement projects. Execute start-up and shutdown procedures, perform verification checks on equipment, and assist with non-conformance investigations and corrective actions. Assist new hires with training and support validation or scale-up efforts as needed. Shift work is required, including weekends, with overtime available for priority items. Base compensation ranges from $51,000 to $63,500, plus an annual performance bonus. A university degree with technical training or equivalent experience is required, with post-secondary scientific education preferred.
