Job Summary
Compounder/Preweigher on the 2nd shift (1:00pm–11:30pm) reviews batch cards and preweighs raw materials, prepares in-process paperwork and weight sheets, and records inventory movement. Performs weighing accuracy checks, cleans and sanitizes equipment, maintains housekeeping and a safe GMP-compliant workspace, and verifies weight scales. Requires HS diploma or GED and 1–2 years manufacturing experience; able to lift up to 25 lbs; strong verbal/written communication and organizational skills; basic weights, measurements and math; computer literate; bilingual Spanish/English a plus. Pay rate $18.00–$22.00 per hour with benefits including medical/dental/vision, life and disability coverage, 401k match, PTO, and bonus programs.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma or GED required.
- 1 -2 years’ experience working with equipment in a manufacturing setting.
- Ability to lift a maximum of 25 lbs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic weights, measurements and math skills.
- Computer literate.
- Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) a plus.
