Job Summary
Perform nonsterile and aseptic compounding activities per batch record documentation, proficiently handling Level 1 batches and assisting with Level 2 and 3 batches. Prepare and maintain compounding equipment, including rinse water testing, sterilization, and filter integrity checks. Weigh materials, perform daily and weekly scale calibration, and ensure correct documentation in batch records, CAMS, and area logbooks. Clean, disinfect, and maintain the Nonsterile Compounding area while meeting all required training for SOP, EHS, and HR compliance. Support operational excellence initiatives to reduce costs and improve OEE, assuming responsibility for GMP, ISO, and EHS awareness within the area.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Cleaning experience in a health care, manufacturing or other commercial setting
- General manufacturing experience (non-technical)
- Ability to work quickly and under pressure
