Job Summary
Operate drum filling machines, centrifuges, and bulk transfer systems to blend chemicals and create flavor or fragrance products according to precise instructions. Issue materials, resolve SAP transfer order issues, and manage inventory by utilizing computer systems to post batches and print labels. Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and operational procedures while working Sunday through Thursday from 11:00pm to 7:30am. Requires forklift experience, ability to lift up to 50lbs, and knowledge of GMP and HACCP standards.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED
- 1-3 years of packing and compounding experience
- Understanding of special formula instructions
- Knowledge of GMP's (Good Manufacturing Practices)
- Knowledge of HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points)
- Forklift experience
- Ability to lift a 35lb product hose
- Ability to frequently move, lift, pull & push up to 50lbs
- Ability to work in a facility with minimal temperature control
- Ability to be on your feet up to 90% of the day
