Job Summary
Compounder on 2nd shift responsible for staging and measuring raw materials, operating batching tanks and mixers to exact specifications, performing visual quality checks, documenting in SAP for inventory traceability, coordinating with maintenance for calibrations, and maintaining a safe, wet/chemical-friendly manufacturing environment. Requires lifting up to 80 lbs, heavy math/reading ability, GMP/OSHA awareness, and teamwork to produce bulk products used in consumer brands.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED (with heavy knowledge on math and reading)
- Experience in compounding, pre-weigh, or processing
- Basic knowledge of GMP, OSHA, and to wear PPE correctly
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs. and stand for long periods of time
- Comfort working around hot water, cleaners, and industrial equipment
Desired Qualifications
