Job Summary
As a Composites Apprentice, you will support production operations in the Lamination area, ensuring parts are defect-free and meet thickness specifications. Key responsibilities include rolling out air voids in manufactured parts, correcting defects, and adhering to safety practices including PPE requirements. Qualified candidates should have a High School Diploma or equivalent industrial experience, be mechanically inclined, observant, and have the ability to perform detail-oriented tasks.
Required Qualifications

- Maximum lifting of 50lbs
- Adherence to PPE requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Prefer previous fiberglass experience
