Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Materials, or related field) or equivalent experience
- 3+ years’ experience in composite manufacturing, engineering, or technical sales
- Expertise in prepreg materials, compression/bladder molding, tooling design, and DFM principles
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in Excel-based cost modeling and ERP/MRP systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactive mindset to solve technical problems
