Composite Tool Prep & Reconditioning Lead

Job Summary
Lead in the TP&R department responsible for overseeing tool prep and reconditioning to the highest quality standards, supervising daily schedules, coordinating with Planning and Production to verify priorities, and training/developing TP&R staff while maintaining safety and adherence to company policies. Will work in a fast-paced composite manufacturing environment, leveraging strong leadership and communication to drive continuous improvement in tool management. Requires a minimum of five years in composite manufacturing, HS diploma or GED, US Citizen or LPR, and proficiency with MS Office; must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and operate in a facility with exposure to typical manufacturing hazards.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in composite manufacturing required.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous body work and composite experience required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
- Team-oriented with the ability to maintain composure and professionalism under pressure.
- Positive, “can-do” attitude and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
