Job Summary
Independently build and repair precise laminate packages and sandwich constructions using advanced techniques like prepregs, wet lay-up, and vacuum injection with epoxy resins. Ensure attention to detail and craftsmanship to maintain the highest quality standards on composite and light-metal components for business jets, helicopters, commercial, and military aircraft. Work primarily on-site at repair facilities handling radomes, flight controls, nacelles, and rotor blades. This role offers a competitive monthly salary between 2,800 and 4,100, full-time hours, and opportunities for professional growth within a certified aerospace engineering organization serving global manufacturers and airlines.
Required Qualifications
- Valid EU Citizenship
- MBO Level 3/4 qualification in Aviation Engineering or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in composite repairs, preferably within the aerospace industry
- Proficiency in composite materials and techniques
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work primarily on-site at the repair facilities
- Strong command of Dutch or English (oral and written)
- Team player with discipline and a strong sense of responsibility
- Valid EU or Dutch passport
- Driver's license (B)
