Job Summary
Fabricate and assemble composite components using lamination, hand lay-ups, and resin/fiberglass layers to meet production and quality standards. Perform quality inspections, apply resin and fiberglass per specifications, and use hand and power tools safely. Maintain accurate production and quality documentation, follow safety protocols, and work collaboratively with teammates to achieve production targets and continuous improvement. Participate in training and development activities; perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in composite manufacturing or related field is an advantage
- Familiarity with fiberglass, resins, and composite materials
