The Composite Lamination Technician is responsible for manufacturing high-performance products utilizing pre-preg lamination, wet lamination, and resin infusion techniques. This role requires knowledge of lamination techniques and the ability to perform tasks with minimal supervision while effectively communicating with team members. Key duties include preparing molds, applying and disposing of composite materials safely, inspecting products for defects, and maintaining a clean workspace. Attention to detail and organizational skills are essential, as technicians will handle heavy materials and follow strict safety and quality control processes.
