• •Understanding of the importance of material traceability
• •Ability to read, calculate, measure and mix ingredients
• •Ability to document and follow written work instructions and procedures
• •Ability to perform repetitive actions on multiple pieces using hand tools
• •Ability to perform preventative maintenance on tooling and machines
• •Ability to complete all documents completely and accurately in computerized tracking systems
• •Ability to perform work in a safe manner
• •Completion of all required safety training
• •Ability to drive plant performance through safety, quality, delivery, and cost metrics
• •Ability to keep work area clean and organized to facilitate process flow improvements
