Job Summary
As a Composite/Door Mechanic, you will complete assembly of sheet metal parts according to specifications and blueprints. This role requires precision and quality maintenance of the production line, focusing on tasks like drilling and sealing assemblies.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Blueprint reading class required
- 1 year of experience in rivet/sheet metal and composite assembly preferred
- 1-year experience in close tolerance drilling in composite and metallic sub-structures
- Proficiency in sealing techniques and applicable measurement instruments
- Familiarity with aesthetic assembly and basic shop math skills
- Strong attention to detail
Desired Qualifications
- Interior experience preferred
- Experience with installation of bushings and bearings
- Manufacturing experience preferred
