Components Manager

Job Summary
Manage technical projects for suppliers regarding capacity, capability, and maintenance to improve delivery, quality, and cost. Provide technical support for approval/validation of supplier process changes and resolve component quality issues. Determine tooling and spare parts requirements to maintain component supply while ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and records management policies. Oversee technical execution, facilitate complex operational problem resolution, and coordinate cross-functional plans with internal manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams. Allocate resources to achieve project goals within established timeliness and budgets.
Required Qualifications
- University/bachelor's degree in engineering
- 8-10 years related experience
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- GMP/ISO knowledge
- Knowledge of lean concepts and supply chain
- Knowledge of component manufacturing processes (preferably plastic and metal injection molding, metal stamping, casting and machining)
- Effective oral and written communication skills as well as presentation skills
- Analytical conflict resolution
