Job Summary
Set up workstations for each order and assemble trusses according to company procedures, SWOP, and Team Leader instructions. Operate all tools, equipment, and machinery safely while inspecting materials, equipment, and completed work regularly to report issues promptly. Maintain a clean, organized workstation throughout the shift, including end-of-day cleanup, and perform additional duties as required to support production and team operations. Requires woodworking or construction experience, ability to read work orders, and proficiency with a hammer and tape measure. Full-time role with comprehensive benefits including health, dental, pension, and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- Woodworking or construction experience
- Ability to use a hammer and read a tape measure (foot‐inch‐sixteenth method)
- Experience reading and understanding work orders
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Team‐oriented, cooperative, and supportive
- Detail‐oriented, accurate, and committed to safe work practices
- Able to prioritize tasks and work productively in a fast‐paced team environment
- Willingness to learn new skills and participate actively in team huddles
