Job Summary
Lead assigned technical projects for advance, business pursuit, and serial development activities by executing tasks aligned with core team objectives and the EOS framework. Prepare and present design reviews, host team meetings, and organize customer interactions while analyzing technical gaps through specifications, BOMs, and simulations. Create development plans, define validation strategies, and coordinate engineering activities to meet project timing requirements. Escalate risks and issues promptly, prepare technical documentation for internal and customer use, and contribute to lessons learned processes. Apply engineering standards and problem-solving techniques to drive product industrialization and support trade shows.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in a suitable engineering or business discipline
- Proven experience of working with customers
- Excellent communications skills
- Significant product knowledge for FIE components or systems
- Currently authorized to work in the United Kingdom on a full-time basis

- Fluent in English, French or German, depending on the localisation

- Ability to apply FMEA methodology

- Ability to understand product / system functionality
- Ability to communicate with all levels of the organisation and customer
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, simulations and BOM
- Ability to operate GES
- Ability to apply change management process
- Ability to run Product Development Process (PDP)
- System Integration &Calibration or Software System Function background
