Job Summary
Lead development of component specifications, validation test plans, and DFMEAs for assigned Trane Residential HVAC parts, ensuring all documentation remains current within Confluence. Drive complex technical qualification programs for new compressors, motors, valves, heat exchangers, and fans to support New Product Development and value engineering initiatives. Direct engineering resources at remote centers for specific qualification projects and manage quality and field improvement initiatives. Interface with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to coordinate on-time qualification prior to mass production while maintaining agency listings. Work onsite Monday through Thursday with flexible Friday scheduling. Requires a Bachelor of Science in Engineering.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in an Engineering discipline
