Component Director, VAV

Lead operation of domestic violence and rape crisis programs within a large social service agency, providing trauma-informed leadership, supervising the management team and staff, and ensuring program, fiscal, and contractual compliance. Develop and maintain strategic partnerships, pursue funding opportunities, plan and execute fundraising activities, and represent Voices Against Violence at funder meetings. Stay current with best practices and legislation; integrate SMOC programs with clinical services as needed. Maintain confidentiality of clients and staff; oversee staffing, budgets, and performance management. Hybrid work arrangement allowed (0-20% remote) with location based in Framingham, MA. Primary responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations, staff development, grant writing, reporting, and collaboration with state/federal partners and coalitions; ensure a welcoming, inclusive culture and trauma-informed service delivery to victims, survivors, and their children.
