Compliance Testing Analyst

Job Summary
As a Compliance Testing Analyst, you will provide support for Distribution Compliance Controls Testing and monitoring functions in Asia. Responsibilities include implementing the annual testing plan, addressing identified issues with feasible solutions, creating testing templates, and preparing training materials. You will be involved in researching regulations, maintaining communication with regulatory personnel and stakeholders, and documenting workflows. This role requires 2-3 years of relevant experience and a college/university degree, focusing on compliance, testing, or auditing.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in Compliance, testing, banking, internal or external audit background
- College/University Degree and/or equivalent experience in Accounting, Legal, Finance, Business or related fields
Desired Qualifications
- Any related financial services experience
- Background on insurance operations, sales, insurance agency (or tied agency), or auditing an insurance agency/firm
- Experience in investment management
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Solid technology skills; knowledge of or ability to learn applicable compliance or business systems
