Compliance Tester III

Execute risk-based compliance transaction testing to independently validate business line adherence to complaints handling procedures and Enterprise Complaints Standard requirements. Manage testing schedules to ensure tasks and reporting are completed within established timeframes while analyzing data from multiple sources and systematically documenting results. Review transaction tests executed by peers for accuracy and adherence to test procedures, and develop new ways to test large populations of data. Establish and maintain strong relationships with Compliance Advisors and Business Areas, and assist in communicating results to Compliance Officers. Demonstrate the ability to explore new technologies to progress varied initiatives and navigate complex test determinations through critical thinking and judgment.
