Job Summary
Hands-on Compliance Team Lead for the Americas region overseeing daily regional compliance operations, mentoring a team, translating regional regulation and global compliance frameworks into implementable regional policies and procedures, acting as the regional authority for complex compliance requirements, and driving governance improvements across TVH’s Americas operations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years in international trade and compliance
- Deep knowledge of customs regulations, internal controls, risk management, and monitoring techniques
- Customs broker license and/or experience with product compliance is considered a plus
- Proficient in the use of the Google Suite and able to quickly adapt to global compliance reporting tools and global trade management tools
- Solution-oriented mindset with ability to communicate metrics to leadership
- Proven ability to manage overlapping priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
