Job Summary
Compliance Systems Supervisor responsible for strategic implementation and support of RA/QMS regulatory software compliance, CSA governance, validation activities, and cross-functional process improvements to ensure regulatory compliance (FDA/ISO/global). Leads data management and analytics efforts (Power BI), drives CSA validation, maintains documentation, and supports audits. Partners with IT, Operations, and Manufacturing to optimize system implementations and change control, while developing training and KPI metrics to improve compliance performance.
Required Qualifications
- 4-year degree plus 4 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of FDA regulations, ISO standards, and CSA methodologies
- Proven experience managing cross-functional projects in a regulated environment
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
