The Compliance Support Specialist will support the Bank's compliance program focusing on BSA/AML requirements, fraud detection, and regulatory adherence. Responsibilities include monitoring high-risk accounts, preparing Suspicious Activity Reports, conducting compliance reviews, and serving as back-up BSA Officer. Candidates should have banking experience and a strong knowledge of compliance regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Working knowledge of BSA/AML regulations
- Proven experience detecting and investigating fraud schemes
- Proficiency with core banking systems

- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
