Job Summary
Audit LIHTC and HUD move-in and recertification files for all financed properties. Prepare and submit required compliance reports, lease documents, and certification paperwork to corporate offices and government agencies. Conduct community audits of assigned compliance paperwork, review screening documents for new residents, and draft Affirmative Fair Housing Marketing Plans. Provide compliance guidance to site staff, respond to emails daily, and maintain confidentiality of resident information. Update and distribute property-specific forms while ensuring accuracy in all documentation. This role supports ongoing program compliance at 450 King Ave, Wilmington, CA. Full-time position (40 hours/week, Mon-Fri, 8 AM–5 PM) with medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) match benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of three years of experience and/or training with affordable housing programs, including HUD, LIHTC, HOME, BONDS, HCD, or a combination of equivalent education and experience
- Valid Driver's License

- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies accurately
- Demonstrates strong customer service and sales abilities
- Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in using office equipment, including multi-line telephone systems, calculators, copiers, and fax machines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experienced with Yardi property management software and other related business applications
- Able to effectively utilize computer systems, data entry platforms, and technology tools to support daily operations
