Compliance Specialist

Job Summary
Manage fuel testing equipment and recertify it as needed, while tracking certifications for compliance testers and updating subcontractor correspondences. Create and manage purchase orders for tools, equipment, and subcontractors, and maintain compliance cases in Salesforce. Review service calls for accuracy regarding returns, parts, and correctness, then index documents to calls. Assist with scheduling and handle other administrative duties as assigned. This role requires experience in an administrative setting, proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to work autonomously in a high-paced environment with changing deadlines.
