Job Summary
Review advertising and marketing materials for compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, including FTC, FCC, and state consumer protection statutes. Actively investigate consumer finance inquiries raised by lenders and customers. Assist the Compliance Manager and Director of Permitting with obtaining state licenses, tracking renewals, and ensuring current documentation. Develop and conduct trainings for In-Home Sales Representatives regarding consumer finance compliance. Conduct audits, analyze information, identify deficiencies, and formulate recommendations to executive leadership for corrective action and training opportunities. Work Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM, full-time in Mechanicsburg, PA.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 4 years of experience working in a compliance related field
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred (in applicable field)
