Compliance Specialist

Ensure Safety/Risk policies are documented, enforced, and resolved. Provide customer service to drivers regarding hours-of-service compliance; identify driver needs and provide feedback. Research driver requests to make log corrections, verify validity through systems, and respond to drivers. Work on audit reports to identify violations of hours-of-service and determine disciplinary actions. Handle audit calls, monitor in-cab device issues, review paper logs for accuracy and violations, document incidents and coaching notes, review MVRs for DOT compliance, view and manage accident video footage, and update risk systems. Assist with hazardous material briefings and answer liability, personnel, and cargo-related inquiries. Maintain professional image, meet deadlines, and collaborate with adjusters and management. Proficiency with AS-400 and Google Office, strong interpersonal and customer service skills, and ability to conduct investigations and follow directions.
