Job Summary
Compliance Specialist responsible for executing the compliance process for new healthcare placements and maintaining ongoing oversight to meet federal, state, client, and Joint Commission standards. Serves as primary compliance liaison for healthcare professionals and Triage clients, reviews documentation for accuracy and timeliness, collaborates with Sales and Recruiting to ensure timely start dates, and partners with third-party vendors for background checks and screenings. Maintains proactive communication with clients, ensures data integrity in internal systems and VMS, and supports assignment extensions and ongoing compliance throughout the lifecycle. Office-based with hybrid remote flexibility in Cincinnati, OH.
Required Qualifications
- An Associate’s degree or applicable professional experience required
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Strong computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Detail oriented with ability to follow instructions
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to analyze and resolve problems
- Coordination and teamwork across departments
- Ability to maintain compliance documentation in internal systems and VMS
- Hours: 40 per week; in-office with flexibility to work from home with manager approval
