Job Summary
Conduct annual and interim resident recertifications, verifying income, assets, and medical information while ensuring all documents meet HUD and Federal Management standards. Collect necessary tenant files, perform audits, organize current records, and purge outdated documentation in accordance with established rules. Maintain accurate computer records and various logs using EIV and Secure Connection (TRACS), explaining program rules clearly to participants. Requires prior Section 8 compliance, Certified Occupancy Specialist certification, bilingual Spanish ability, and experience with YARDI. Bilingual in Spanish required.
