Job Summary

Compliance Specialist provides support to the Director of Compliance and acts as the administrator for compliance software, learning management system, and policy software. Core responsibilities include high-level customer service and confidentiality, understanding patient privacy rights under HIPAA, managing the Policy Database and Compliance training, administering the LMS, monitoring privacy incidents, collaborating with BI resources for compliance initiatives, assisting with investigations and breach notification letters, producing reports and dashboards on compliance trends, and creating, maintaining, and educating users on compliance policies. The role requires strong communication skills, ability to handle confidential information, and proficiency with Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint and EHR systems.

Required Qualifications
