Job Summary
Compliance Specialist - Residential Contracts to oversee agency accreditation and compliance initiatives, manage data processing/analysis, contract monitoring, reporting for grants, and support program evaluation and licensing/compliance reporting for residential services. Responsibilities include compiling/analyzing program indicators, designing monitoring plans, producing monthly quality improvement reports, gathering subcontractor documentation, coordinating record reviews, supporting TDFPS Outcomes reporting and RCCL reporting, and providing administrative support. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, 2+ years in a social service setting, proficiency in Excel and Word, strong written and verbal communication, and ability to meet deadlines in an office environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in social sciences required
- Two (2) years’ experience working in social service capacity/setting
