Job Summary
Develop and improve corporate governance frameworks while monitoring internal regulations and legal requirements. Maintain and update policies, procedures, and documentation; prepare resolutions, meeting minutes, reports, and presentations for corporate bodies. Oversee circulation, storage, and archiving of corporate records; draft statutes, charters, and regulations. Monitor regulatory developments to provide recommendations and support internal and external audits. Collaborate with management, business stakeholders, and supervisory authorities to ensure compliance and assist with corporate disclosures.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative, office support, compliance, corporate governance, or similar role
- Experience in document management, administrative process coordination, or organizational support
- Ability to prepare reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and internal documentation
- Interest in corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters
- Strong organizational skills, independence, and a high sense of responsibility
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately under deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to learn and develop expertise in corporate governance, compliance, and company regulations
- Communicative English language skills at a minimum B2 level
- University degree, preferably in Law, Administration, Economics, Business, Finance, or a related field
